If the all of notification settings become grayed out with “Some Settings are managed by your system administrator” error in Windows 8.1 tablet or computer without enabling any policy, you could follow those tips to reoslve the problem: Trying the System Restore is just fine for a limit time. When I the right-side Charms bar from desktop mode and go to Change PC settings > Search and apps > Notifications, it shows the red message “Some Settings are managed by your system administrator” and there is no way to make the changes.
I log into with administrator account on Windows 8.1 圆4 tablet and keep getting the grayed out notification settings.
